Built to move
Autonomy that only works on good roads is not autonomy. It is assistance. We build for the ground and the air that India actually has.
Mission
01 — WHYMove goods without moving a person to carry them — across ground that was never surveyed for it, and airspace that was never mapped for it.
Most autonomy programmes are built where the infrastructure is already good: marked lanes, reliable satellite fix, predictable surface. That is a narrow slice of the world, and almost none of the problem worth solving.
We took the harder starting position deliberately. A vehicle that crosses a broken kerb and holds its deck level, an aircraft that holds position with no satellite lock, and one autonomy stack that runs both — because a fleet operator should not have to buy two different competences to move something across a site.
Founding
02 — HOW IT STARTEDBengaluru
03 — WHEREThe city is not incidental to the product. It is the test case.
Bengaluru gives us, inside a thirty-minute drive, nearly every condition the platforms are built for: unmade surface next to new tarmac, dense mixed traffic, tech-park campuses with real logistics problems, monsoon water ingress, and urban canyons where satellite fix degrades to useless.
It is also where the engineering is. The mechanical, electrical and autonomy teams sit in one building with the test track and the build floor, because the loop between a field failure and a design change should be measured in hours.

Incorporated in Bengaluru
ATEON Labs Private Limited registered on 05 September 2025, around a single conviction: autonomy that only works on good roads is not autonomy, it is assistance.
- 02
First articulated chassis running
Six independently driven and independently sprung corners, on a test rig, crossing obstacles that stop a fixed-axle platform.
- 03
OmegaMTL perception stack online
One world model, fed by fused LiDAR, camera and radar, running on embedded compute at rate.
- 04
Aerial platform first flight
The AAMS-X1 holding position on optical flow, with the satellite fix deliberately withheld.
- 05
Hot-swap mission deck released
Three modules, one interface, changed in the field without tools.
- 06
Ground and air on one stack
The same perception, planning and fleet layer running both platforms, with only the control layer differing.

Lab and build floor
06 — MANUFACTURINGDesign, build and test in one facility. The distance between the people who specify a part and the people who fit it is a corridor.
The Bengaluru facility spans mechanical and electrical labs, an environmental chamber, a flight cage and an outdoor articulation course built specifically to be worse than the ground customers describe.
Assembly is in-house for both platforms, with incoming inspection and end-of-line test on every unit.
