One deck, three payload identities
The mission deck is now a single mechanical, power and data interface. Modules latch, authenticate and come up live — in the field, without tools.

A module is not a box strapped to a flatbed. It is a participant in the vehicle. The cold-chain pod draws continuously from the deck bus to hold setpoint through the whole route including dwell, and it logs its own thermal trace. The parcel locker reports latch state, door state and load per compartment. The cargo bed reports mass and distribution from a load-cell floor, which the planner uses to derate the speed envelope on grade.
None of that works if the interface is mechanical only. So the deck carries three things through one engagement: structure, power and data. A module drops on, the latches close, it authenticates against the vehicle, and it comes up live. There is no separate connector to find, no harness to route and no tool required.
The consequence for an operator is that one chassis has three payload identities. A vehicle doing cold-chain deliveries in the morning is a parcel-locker route vehicle in the afternoon and an open flatbed for a plant maintenance crew the same evening — with a changeover measured in minutes, on site, by the crew who are already there.
The three modules released today are the cold-chain pod, the secure parcel locker and the open cargo bed. The interface specification is published to deployment partners; if you are running a payload we have not built, that is a conversation we want to have.
